Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Mechanical Building Services design solutions to meet project needs.
  • •Operate as Lead Building Services Engineer, controlling technical delivery, costs and programme at all stages of projects.
  • •Design, engineering, calculations; supervise the work of designers and engineers; coordinate with other disciplines.
  • •Prepare cost estimates and maintain man-hour/resource forecasts; input to design programmes; provide site construction support.
  • •Contribute to the body of expertise in cleanrooms and sustainability/low carbon solutions; review designs for regulatory conformity; comply with quality and safety procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in the design and commissioning of mechanical building services systems, including HVAC for critical environments and cleanrooms.
  • •Knowledge of cGMP and validation requirements.
  • •Experience with clean room construction and energy efficiency.
  • •Familiarity with building management systems and cold storage facilities.
  • •Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team, with strong client interface and project coordination skills.
