Own day-to-day development execution for powered-land opportunities across ~1–3 active sites. Drive utility application and interconnection follow-through, coordinate studies and consultant workstreams, and manage schedules, dependencies, risk registers, and site-readiness milestones. Translate technical findings into clear budget, schedule, and risk implications for portfolio decisions, partner with cross-functional land and community stakeholders, and build repeatable playbooks for scaling development readiness.
