Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space, and machine guarding requirements.
  • •Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on blown film extrusion equipment, including diagnosis, troubleshooting, repairs, and rebuilds.
  • •Troubleshoot electrical systems (motors, drives, sensors, relays, contactors, control circuits) and support PLC-controlled equipment troubleshooting (preferred).
  • •Maintain facility support equipment such as HVAC systems, air compressors, cooling systems, water systems, and building infrastructure.
  • •Document maintenance activities, perform root-cause analysis on failures, and recommend improvements to maintenance reliability programs.

Key Requirements
