Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist on footwear production development assignments from early development through confirmed sample sign-off.
  • •Interact with vendors to transition footwear designs from proto to production and coordinate delivery execution with related teams.
  • •Review tech packs with overseas teams and vendors to support accurate specs and timelines.
  • •Support sample material transfer between vendors and trims/second upper processes, while flagging long lead-time projects to Supply Chain Management.
  • •Communicate product, shipping, and tracking between factory and overseas teams, and work with internal/external teams to address CRF corrections and conduct wear/lab test samples to meet quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of working experience in the footwear industry, with advanced knowledge of product materials and product development lifecycle.
  • •Proficient in office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Strong organization and communication skills to coordinate across partners.
  • •Fluent English (written and verbal); Chinese is preferred.
  • •Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
