Key Responsibilities

•Lead cross-organizational task forces to address quality events and failure modes across hardware, software, and manufacturing for NVIDIA networking products.
•Perform in-depth root cause analysis and plan/testing to monitor and control test yield across stations.
•Provide onsite engineering support; act as technical owner for test issues and test infrastructures, delivering fast, professional responses.
•Coordinate with Hardware/Software/Firmware R&D, Architecture, Test Engineering, Quality & Reliability, and Operations to drive issue resolution.
•Manage and supervise product engineering activities in contract manufacturing lines to ensure product quality and reliability.

Key Requirements

•B.S.C in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
•5+ years of technical experience in hardware design/system
•Experience with Failure analysis/Debugging/Architecture or Product Engineer
•Familiar with the manufacturing processes of electrical products
•Proficient with lab equipment and lab setups and troubleshooting skills
