Senior People Advisor

Own the full employee lifecycle for a fast-growing People team, from contracts, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and absence through to employee relations and process improvements. Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, bringing structure to the HRIS and turning people data into actionable insights. This newly created role offers real influence over how the function evolves, with the opportunity to help build scalable, well-documented HR processes.
