Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare federal and state corporate and partnership income tax returns and supporting workpapers.
  • •Prepare and/or review quarterly and annual income tax provisions and related workpapers.
  • •Manage tax fixed asset records and maintain tax depreciation software, including tax vs. GAAP fixed asset reconciliations.
  • •Prepare and assess estimated tax payments by gathering and summarizing documentation and calculations.
  • •Support tax planning initiatives and tax process improvements, including tax projections and modeling.
