•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers to support vehicle reconditioning.
•Participate in training programs for entry-level painters to progress skills and pay.
•Work mandatory overtime when needed to deliver vehicles on time, based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
