Key Responsibilities

  • •Retain and grow Aon’s business by cultivating relationships with senior-most client decision-makers and day-to-day contacts.
  • •Coordinate the execution of day-to-day service activities of the Aon service team.
  • •Drive the renewal process by assembling the appropriate team to develop and implement client-specific renewal strategies.
  • •Prepare and negotiate Aon compensation to ensure account profitability using a value-based approach.
  • •Manage invoicing and receivables input/follow-up for assigned clients to ensure timely collections.
