Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy balancing field product enablement and partner enablement in partnership with the GTM Enablement team, including continuous learning, skills assessments, and coaching.
  • •Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Product Marketing leadership to create training aligned with core competencies and priority business goals.
  • •Maintain and improve a continuous learning program covering product launches, demo and discovery excellence, partner readiness, competitive selling, persona/vertical enablement, and certifications on priority items.
  • •Ensure deep understanding, training, and reinforcement of how Glean’s platform, AI capabilities, and product value should be positioned consistently across field teams and partners.
  • •Manage multiple projects simultaneously, work with internal stakeholders to develop content for product adoption, field execution, and partner effectiveness, and analyze data to optimize programs.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in enablement, sales training, product enablement, partner enablement, or related GTM roles within an enterprise environment.
  • •Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs for direct field teams and/or partner ecosystems.
  • •Strong experience with AI products, AI platform positioning, or enabling technical and non-technical audiences on emerging AI capabilities.
  • •Experience with Command of the Message or similar value-based messaging methodologies.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
