Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure requirements are clearly defined and aligned to functional architecture.
  • •Define and implement requirements best practices and deliver artefacts including requirements, use cases, functional specifications, architecture diagrams, and traceability matrices.
  • •Serve as a business subject matter expert to support development, testing, and deployment from a business requirements perspective.
  • •Manage stakeholder expectations related to IT delivery and build relationships with the vendor, development teams, HSBC BAs, and system stakeholders.
  • •Support UAT phases with Business Asset Class Leads, focusing on defect remediation and test environment issues.

  • •Experience working on fixed income trading or settlements platforms.
  • •Business analysis experience in fixed income products, including securities and derivatives.
  • •Structured project environment experience in a project-management-equivalent role within an overarching programme.

  • •Ability to work autonomously under pressure, manage multi-client prioritisation, and resolve conflicts caused by demand exceeding supply.
