Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with internal sites and functions to secure support for RMU development as a priority for the business.
  • •Drive AM RMU growth by supporting customer interactions, identifying champions/influencers, and supporting path-to-market.
  • •Pre-vet RMU opportunities and develop value propositions by understanding technical challenges and correlating repair/reliability data to performance.
  • •Manage the RMU pipeline by supporting prioritization/ranking, increasing probability for early development, and executing RMUs to a time-based strategy.
  • •Coordinate technical hand-offs to the broader Engineering IPT post-gate 2 and provide advisory support through program development lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 10 years experience in product development and sustainment.
  • •U.S. person eligibility is required to access export-controlled information (U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
  • •Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
  • •Preferred: FAA PMA and/or DLA SAR process experience, plus experience with SharePoint List, Power BI, and tools such as Salesforce, Enovia, and Catia.
