•Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business leaders to align UX with measurable KPIs.

•8–14 years of product/UX design experience in SaaS or enterprise B2B environments.
•Proven experience designing complex, workflow-driven, role-based systems.
•Experience building or scaling enterprise dashboards, analytics platforms, or operational tools.
•Demonstrated impact on adoption, task success, or workflow optimization.
•Strong expertise in designing end-to-end workflow systems with state-based UX.
