Job Summary

Lead distribution learning and development aligned to business goals and regulatory priorities for International Wealth & Premier Banking. Design channel learning frameworks using workforce planning and performance insights, and oversee induction/onboarding, readiness tracking, and mandatory training completion. Manage licensing requirements across investment and insurance products (exam management, CPD, renewals, reporting), collaborate with stakeholders and regulatory bodies, and ensure training and licensing governance, audit readiness, and SOP upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute distribution learning and development aligned with business goals and regulatory priorities.
•Design distribution channel learning frameworks using staff learning gap analysis, performance insights, and workforce planning.
•Coordinate induction and onboarding training for new joiners across channels and branches, ensuring required timelines are met.
•Oversee investment and insurance licensing requirements, including exam management, CPD, renewals, and reporting.
•Manage training and licensing governance: track completion/readiness, maintain training and licensing records, implement controls/SOPs, monitor renewals, and ensure compliance with audit requirements and BNM “Fit and Proper” criteria.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with 3–5 years’ experience in Learning and Development.
•Strong analytical skills to design learning and training frameworks and deliver quality outcomes.
•Excellent training capabilities; experience in IWPB frontline is a plus.
•Ability to work independently as a team player, with agile behavior and mindset.
•Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills, including the ability to create and manage individual development plans.
