Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Regulatory Affairs activities for Malaysia and Singapore Personal Healthcare, developing regulatory strategies for registrations and portfolio growth.
  • •Deliver timely regulatory approvals, renewals, variations, and post-approval maintenance while ensuring regulatory records and archives are maintained.
  • •Translate regulatory requirements into submission and compliance plans, and conduct regulatory assessments to guide product compliance.
  • •Review ingredient declarations, product classifications, artwork, labeling, packaging, and promotional materials; coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve compliance risks.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with health authorities, distributors, trade associations, and internal partners; lead regulatory risk assessment and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
  • •3–5 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in pharmaceutical, consumer/personal healthcare, medical device, or similar regulated industries.
  • •Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in Malaysia and/or Singapore.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply regulations to product registration, classification, ingredients, labeling/artwork, and lifecycle management.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
