  • •Use data-informed decisions to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of training sessions

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience designing and delivering effective training programs for teachers and education stakeholders, ideally in a government setting
  • •Fluency in Kannada and English (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory

  • •Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • •A proven ability to work across teams with superior communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, including tolerance for ambiguity and bias toward action
