Job Summary

Own the integrity and efficiency of the incident management lifecycle for safety incidents, from post-investigation recordkeeping through medical follow-ups, data quality, and dashboard reporting. Develop and improve safety platforms/databases and associated standards, including Airtable and Intelex, while ensuring OSHA recordkeeping compliance. Partner with field leaders and compensation teams to coordinate case management, root-cause trend analysis, and reporting templates for audit and enterprise KPI needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Own post-investigation incident accuracy in Airtable and Intelex, including case closure, restriction tracking, and accommodation coordination.
•Process injury documentation from medical providers and manage medical follow-ups with timely, accurate case status updates.
•Maintain OSHA recordkeeping compliance, including 300/300A log accuracy, recordability determinations, and annual posting requirements.
•Build and improve incident data collection, injury/root-cause trend analysis, and data quality workflows across the incident management system.
•Develop and maintain safety performance dashboards and standard reporting templates, and present data insights to leadership and safety/operational stakeholders.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
•7+ years of experience in safety, injury case management, OSHA recordkeeping, and data trending.
•Knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping requirements (29 CFR 1904) and occupational injury case management.
•Experience leveraging technology (including AI/app development) to improve safety, and building/improving safety systems, dashboards, and reporting workflows.
•Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools, plus experience with incident management or HSEQ platforms (Airtable, Intelex, Gensuite, or similar).
