•Drive customer satisfaction by providing beauty product advice and collecting customer feedback.
•Support retail performance by monitoring KPIs such as conversion rate, items per basket, average basket, and number of services.
•Ensure stock availability through efficient replenishment, inventory on schedule, and warehousing and sales-floor stocking.
•Maintain operational excellence by following routines, keeping the sales floor clean and properly presented per visual merchandising standards, and preparing products for sale.
•Support services and operations such as short services across departments, beauty class support, merchandising updates, carrying out inventories, and operating the cash register.
