Job Summary

Own pre-sales execution for mid-market and SMB opportunities by partnering with Sales Management and translating customer pain points into tailored technical solutions. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Sales Management as a strategic technical resource to align technical assets with product revenue goals across mid-market and SMB segments.
•Lead discovery calls, requirement gathering, and technical scope definitions for active deals.
•Build and deliver product demonstrations and custom Proof of Concepts (POCs) that translate customer pain points into technical solutions.
•Manage end-to-end RFP/RFI response processes, including technical compliance documentation.
•Embed AI capabilities into customer solutions and value stories, while qualifying opportunities based on feasibility, architecture requirements, and competitive dynamics.

Key Requirements

•4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Solution Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or relevant technical customer-facing roles in enterprise software/SaaS.
•Demonstrated ability supporting SMB and mid-market customers with strong service/support and CRM strategy understanding.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
•Hands-on coding/scripting exposure (e.g., JavaScript, Python), including REST APIs and webhooks, for building integrations and advanced POCs.
•Practical understanding of AI/ML concepts and generative AI tools, with ability to apply them to optimize pre-sales workflows and customer solutions.
