Key Responsibilities

  • •Create audiovisual and design materials for communications, from concept to final delivery, aligned to objectives, audience, timeline, and budget.
  • •Provide design guidance for corporate communications, campaigns, and advocacy materials, producing designs that meet specifications and deadlines.
  • •Deliver web- and print-ready assets including infographics, posters, brochures, backdrops, calendars, branding, and videos.
  • •Advise regional and country offices on studio and video production across pre-production, filming, and post-production to ensure quality outputs.
  • •Coordinate interviews and communications events across TV, radio, social media, and other platforms, including studio/on-location setup and live or recorded broadcast preparation.

Key Requirements

  • •At least eight (8) years of relevant experience supporting audiovisual communication, preferably in a large organization.
  • •Completion of secondary education, with additional training in the creation of audiovisual products.
  • •Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking) and the local language.
  • •Strong ability to manage graphic design, photography, video production, live-streaming, and studio/stage setup.
  • •Experience working with audiovisual materials in a UN system is desirable.
