Job Summary

Support customer onboarding and growth for an AI developer cloud platform by troubleshooting complex technical issues, explaining product technologies, and building proof-of-concept solutions. Partner across Revenue, Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Infrastructure to resolve incidents, guide customer experiences, and relay feedback for product improvements. Create technical documentation and deliver training, webinars, and demos for customers and partners, using logs, scripting, and remote access to drive root-cause fixes.

•Use tools like code/log analysis, scripting, and remote access to identify root causes and deliver solutions or workarounds.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and integrate feedback into product improvements.
•Support escalated tickets with engineering and infrastructure, and create technical documentation plus deliver training, webinars, and demos.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of professional software development experience.

•Familiarity with applied AI use cases such as inference, fine-tuning, LLM-based applications, or agentic systems.
•Located in the APAC region (ideally Malaysia, Singapore, or South Korea) and able to complete a background check.
