Key Responsibilities

•Support merchants on product identification, sourcing, development, and publishing execution.
•Coordinate cross-functionally to launch products on site, including catalog creation, purchase orders, samples for photoshoots, and product detail page maintenance.
•Communicate with vendors to track samples and manage delivery status for current and past-due orders.
•Manage product development data integrity within internal business systems across the sourcing and development lifecycle.
•Implement tools and streamline processes to eliminate inefficient ways of working and improve team health and effectiveness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000

Key Requirements

•Data/analytics major preferred.
•Strong understanding of retail math and retail reporting.
•Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on execution, problem solving, and improving processes.
•Proficient with MS Office and G Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with urgency, balancing multiple priorities and adapting to last-minute changes.
