Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the generation and execution of a 3–5 year category plan based on Emerging Markets strategy and adidas brand needs.
  • •Build and select a compelling commercial product range for EM hubs and clusters, balancing completeness, structure, price, and margin.
  • •Deliver the seasonal product range through cluster Category Management leads, including “Category Power Pack” selections and SMU brief submissions.
  • •Provide EM inputs to Global HQ with insight on future trends, incremental business opportunities, and category activation plans.
  • •Maintain analyses on sell-in/sell-out, margin, and article productivity to meet short- and mid-term financial expectations across channels.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience.
  • •3+ years merchandising experience with sales and retail exposure, ideally in sporting goods, fashion, or youth culture brands.
  • •Fluent English (verbal and written).
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI tools.
  • •Ability to balance brand and commercial aspects to guide end-to-end range building and channel-specific GTM solutions.
