Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with sales, merchants, and wholesale customer teams to build and manage bottoms-up sales and inventory plans.
  • •Own primary planning for a segment and provide oversight for planning for the wholesale customer.
  • •Build monthly forecasts, identify trends and opportunities, and mitigate growth and inventory risk.
  • •Conduct quantitative analysis to improve productivity, respond to trends, and initiate responses to outliers.
  • •Lead monthly plan reviews with leadership, highlighting the elements driving risk and opportunity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years of combined college education and work experience as a substitute.

  • •Experience building forecasting and plans across multiple seasons while partnering on risks and opportunities.
  • •Ability to visualize and tell stories with data to present insights and interpret themes from quantitative analysis.
