Job Summary

Support NiSource’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms, including CyberArk PVWA, SIA, Certificate Manager, and future Secret Manager/Secrets Hub implementations. Administer privileged accounts and access workflows, perform access reviews for least privilege and segregation of duties, troubleshoot IAM/PAM incidents, and help integrate enterprise applications with authentication and authorization services to strengthen security posture and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer, configure, and support CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PVWA) and related components.
•Support CyberArk Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA) operations and the deployment/administration of CyberArk Certificate Manager and machine identity management solutions.
•Assist with future CyberArk Secret Manager and Secrets Hub implementation and operational support.
•Manage privileged accounts, safes, platforms, access workflows, session management, password rotations, and onboarding processes; perform access reviews and entitlement analysis for least privilege and segregation of duties.
•Troubleshoot IAM/PAM incidents and service requests, support identity lifecycle processes, and collaborate to integrate applications with enterprise authentication/authorization (SSO, MFA, federation) while creating technical documentation and supporting compliance/audits.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 82,200 - 123,200 annually
