Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, organization, and implementation of requirements management processes, tools, and risk/issue/opportunity and technology readiness.
  • •Apply interdisciplinary approaches to plan, design, and develop requirements and resolve cross-functional technical issues.
  • •Evaluate customer and operational needs to define system performance requirements and ensure compatibility of physical, functional, and program interfaces.
  • •Perform analyses including affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability/susceptibility, system security, and regulatory/certification/product assurance quality factors.
  • •Engage in model-based systems engineering; support ConOps development and product design, development, and test; support scaled agile development processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications related to the work statement.
  • •Level 3: Typically 5+ years of related work experience.
  • •Possess an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance (TS) or successfully completed a Tier 5 (T5/SSBI) within the past 5 years.
  • •Ability to write requirements and interface control documents (ICDs) for ground systems.
  • •Experience supporting requirements management processes and interdisciplinary planning, design, and development.
