Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage ongoing US equity portfolio performance, including security selection, portfolio construction, monitoring, and rebalancing decisions.
  • •Use financial models and analytics tools to generate insights and support data-driven portfolio and risk decisions.
  • •Communicate high-conviction portfolio holdings and investment strategies to internal and external stakeholders and participate in client events.
  • •Provide leadership across the investment team, including strategic direction, knowledge sharing, and improving best practices for equity research and portfolio management.
  • •Ensure end-to-end compliance for investment activities, including OCC Regulation 9 adherence, regulatory communications/audits, and risk control procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong domain expertise in US equity research and portfolio management, including demonstrated successful performance track record.
  • •Follow established investment philosophy for security selection and portfolio construction, and evaluate portfolios to improve returns and manage risk.
  • •Monitor portfolios and adjust/rebalance based on market movements, cash flows, and performance deviations.
  • •Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, including OCC Regulation 9 and fiduciary responsibilities.
  • •Ability to lead, mentor, and develop an investment team of project managers and analysts that supports portfolio strategies.
