Accounts Payable Executive

Own key activities in the procedure-to-pay workflow for a global accounts payable process, reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager. Execute global delivery of AP, process invoices with accurate tax reporting (ITA, VAT, TDS, GST, WHT, Service Tax), and complete month-end AP close with reconciliations and aged AP follow-up. Collaborate with worldwide employees, suppliers, and Procurement to resolve invoice issues while maintaining Internal Audit/SOX compliance and meeting business SLAs.
