Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with Operations to execute daily client transaction activity, including fees, payments, and borrowing; resolve inquiries and ensure required documentation for credit underwriting and monitoring.
  • •Coordinate deposit-related transaction processing with the Operations team, including account opening, exception clearing, and overdrafts.
  • •Oversee and coordinate action plans for client servicing events, documenting services provided and communicating status updates to clients and internal partners.
  • •Assist Private Bankers with internal administration of accounts, business development, and client presentations for Banking.
  • •Manage loan documentation and compliance workflows, including reviewing loan documents, submitting loan requests, and monitoring compliance reports.

Key Requirements
