Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full responsibility for MEP works across the entire lifecycle from design, procurement, construction to commissioning and handover.
  • •Participate in design reviews and provide constructability, O&M accessibility, and cost-optimization suggestions.
  • •Lead preparation of MEP technical tender documents and participate in bid evaluation and supplier technical assessment.
  • •Manage on-site MEP activities during construction, coordinating contractors to resolve technical and interface issues.
  • •Supervise construction quality and safety, organize milestone inspections and system commissioning, and lead as-built documentation and system handover/O&M training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in MEP Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • •Minimum 5 years of MEP engineering experience, preferably full-cycle project management for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing plant projects.
  • •Familiar with the full engineering project lifecycle with capability from inception to handover.
  • •Experience preparing RFPs and participating in technical bid evaluation.
  • •Cost- and schedule-driven, able to proactively identify and solve problems.
