Job Summary

Own MEP works end to end across the project lifecycle, from design and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover. Participate in design reviews with constructability, O&M accessibility, and cost-optimization input. Lead preparation of MEP technical tender documents and support bid evaluation. Coordinate on-site activities, manage quality and safety, control MEP change orders, and report progress and risks to decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

•Take full responsibility for MEP works across the entire lifecycle from design, procurement, construction to commissioning and handover.
•Participate in design reviews and provide constructability, O&M accessibility, and cost-optimization suggestions.
•Lead preparation of MEP technical tender documents and participate in bid evaluation and supplier technical assessment.
•Manage on-site MEP activities during construction, coordinating contractors to resolve technical and interface issues.
•Supervise construction quality and safety, organize milestone inspections and system commissioning, and lead as-built documentation and system handover/O&M training.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in MEP Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
•Minimum 5 years of MEP engineering experience, preferably full-cycle project management for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing plant projects.
•Familiar with the full engineering project lifecycle with capability from inception to handover.
•Experience preparing RFPs and participating in technical bid evaluation.
•Cost- and schedule-driven, able to proactively identify and solve problems.
