Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop an in-depth understanding of Lime’s products and operations and the local policy and regulatory landscape.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with London boroughs, Transport for London, and London City Hall, including potential future stakeholders.
  • •Work with Operations to plan and execute local campaigns that deliver positive business outcomes.
  • •Monitor and support planning for policy and regulatory changes, including city-wide regulations and strategic authority changes.
  • •Respond to issues and incidents flagged by political stakeholders and manage concerns that arise from stakeholder engagement.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in public/government affairs, political campaigns, and/or government-related business development/expansion, with evidence of delivery or implementation.
  • •Experience designing and implementing public affairs strategies that deliver business goals, balancing commercial and political needs.
  • •Strong internal and external communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • •Ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment and deliver outcomes felt at local level.
  • •Strong understanding of UK/London politics, policy, and regulation; comfortable with frequent travel for meetings and political/officer visits.
