Job Summary

Design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise service management (ITSM) solutions on the Ivanti platform. Configure ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Asset Management, and CMDB, and build workflows, automations, and dashboards. Create integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and web services, develop automation scripts, troubleshoot production issues, and support upgrades, patching, testing, and deployments.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions on the Ivanti platform.
•Configure and enhance ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Asset Management, and CMDB.
•Build and customize workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports.
•Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
•Troubleshoot production incidents, collaborate with stakeholders, and support solution design, testing, deployment, upgrades, and patching.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of hands-on experience with the Ivanti platform.
•Strong knowledge of Ivanti ITSM/Neurons architecture and customization capabilities.
•Experience configuring workflows, forms, business objects, automation, and reporting.
•Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, and system integrations.
•Knowledge of SQL and relational databases; experience with JavaScript or PowerShell scripting.
