Job Function: IT Support & Helpdesk

Key Responsibilities

•Support operation, maintenance, and integration of Army enterprise network including SIPRNET and NIPRNET.
•Ensure protection, availability, and reliability of communications, software, applications, and data.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance Army information capabilities from data centers to tactical echelons.
•Monitor and secure PIT, CS, and CI/KR resources.
•Implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard the Army enterprise network against threats.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of operating systems, network fundamentals, and troubleshooting methodologies.
•Clear communication with both technical and non-technical personnel.
•Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale networks, cybersecurity operations, or enterprise IT systems.
•Experience in military or government IT environments is a plus.
•Education and certifications vary by role; recruiters can provide specifics
