Key Responsibilities

•Represent the Jimmy Choo brand through client interactions (in-store and virtually) and act as a brand ambassador in the community.
•Perform key-holder responsibilities including store opening/closing, cash handling, and financial responsibilities.
•Provide prompt, attentive, knowledgeable assistance to clients while maintaining highest service standards.
•Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive identification and pursuit of opportunities.
•Manage inventory and visual standards, support client book management, and assist with shipping/receiving and back-of-house coverage as needed.

Key Requirements

•Provide excellent selling and customer service with strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.

•Support key-holder responsibilities, including store opening/closing, cash handling, and end-of-day procedures.
•Bring 2–5 years of luxury retail experience with established clientele; post-secondary education is preferred.
