Key Responsibilities

•Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures, including coordinating required training and supporting government inspections.
•Develop and manage production, maintenance, and mining schedules and communicate progress to management and hourly employees.
•Manage third-party contractors end-to-end, including job requirements/locations, scheduling and OH&S protocols, time tracking/approvals, invoicing, and compliance.
•Monitor operating costs, forecast budgets, and report financial performance against company targets.
•Coordinate production and inventory levels to meet sales goals and support site rehabilitation and special projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mining or Mechanical preferred).
•1–2 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
•Working knowledge of AutoCAD and proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP and MS Project is an asset.
•Solid understanding of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
•Ability to work in outdoor environments with exposure to varying weather conditions.
