Key Responsibilities

  • •Make outbound calls to Clipboard app users and conduct follow-up communications to support onboarding.
  • •Host onboarding consultations and document interactions to ensure a smooth worker journey.
  • •Respond to inbound messages and support tickets, resolving blockers as needed.
  • •Evaluate workers’ skills and fit for healthcare facilities, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • •Identify pain points in the worker experience and contribute to system-wide improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Must-have: comfortable speaking with people, strong communication in English (written and spoken).
  • •Experience in inside sales, client onboarding, customer support, or healthcare recruiting is a plus.

  • •Ability to work US Eastern Time business hours, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • •Quick learner and comfortable using new systems and tools.
