Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with billing, finance, and project teams to manage accounts receivable, timesheets, expenses, and invoice-related queries.
  • •Prepare and verify monthly invoices, and support project setup, budgeting, task assignments, and closeout activities in Oracle Horizon.
  • •Create and maintain resource and cost-loaded schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP) or Primavera P6, including critical path identification and schedule risk updates.
  • •Conduct earned value (EV) analysis and reporting by tracking planned value, actual cost, and schedule performance; generate monthly accruals.
  • •Create and track change orders, identify and quantify risks, and act as a trusted partner to support mitigation efforts and documentation/integrity checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4 years’ combined experience in project scheduling, cost control, documentation, and procurement.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (especially Advanced Excel) and experience with Oracle ERP (Horizon/NetSuite); Power BI is an advantage.
  • •Experience with earned value management (EVM) and project control KPIs using financial systems.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree in Construction Management or Project Management preferred.
