Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high accuracy for provider directory data and reduce member/provider complaints caused by discrepancies.
  • •Process demographic changes, additions, terminations, and updates within service-level expectations while reducing backlog.
  • •Validate and maintain provider data integrity (NPIs, TINs, specialties, practice locations, affiliations, licensure, EFT) and support audit readiness.
  • •Reconcile provider rosters across credentialing, enrollment, claims, and directory systems; coordinate timely correction of discrepancies.
  • •Generate dashboards and discrepancy reports, track turnaround and accuracy metrics, and recommend workflow improvements and tooling updates.
