Build and deliver TikTok Open Platform APIs and developer tooling across server-side and client-side experiences. Design and implement an AI-Agent-based delivery workflow to speed the PRD-to-launch lifecycle. Help secure the ecosystem by connecting native developers with scalable, high-quality platform capabilities, and apply AI-native practices (agents/LLMs and prompt engineering) to accelerate R&D outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver end-to-end Open Platform APIs for both server-side and client-side development.
•Design and implement an AI-Agent-based delivery model to accelerate PRD-to-launch lifecycle.
•Ensure security of the open ecosystem by building technical capabilities that connect native developers.
•Support a secure, scalable open platform with reliable developer tools and platform policies.
•Maintain high-quality platform capabilities for external developers and partners.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of software development experience with strong business understanding and abstraction skills.
•Design and develop distributed systems, independently completing system design and implementation.
•Demonstrate strong ownership, self-motivation, and a growth mindset.
•Explore vertical domains or independently drive product or business initiatives.
•AI-native experience with agents/LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, or deep tool usage (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Devin).
