Job Summary

Own and optimize end-to-end supply chain execution across Lexington and Waltham, including procurement, supply planning, subcontracts, material flow, inventory, and warehousing. Drive planning and continuous improvement via KPI monitoring, lead strategic supplier relationships and negotiations, and support NPI/industrialization readiness for new programs. Qualify suppliers, manage source selection, proactively mitigate supply risks, and lead/mentor a team to deliver cost, quality, and delivery targets.

•Execute supply chain strategies by optimizing material flow, inventory management, and operational efficiency through continuous improvement and KPI monitoring.

•Partner with Engineering, Product, and Program teams to enable NPI and industrialization readiness for new product launches.
•Support make/buy analyses and source selection processes while technically qualifying suppliers for complex components and systems.
•Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions, and lead/mentor a team of supply chain professionals.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
•8+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including at least 3 years in a management or team lead role.
•Strong background in procurement, subcontracts, material planning, and warehouse/inventory operations.
•Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and ITAR, and defense contracting practices.
•Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
