  • •Hands-on experience testing or supporting ServiceNow in enterprise environments.
  • •Experience defining quality metrics, acceptance criteria, and QA methodologies, and developing/executing test plans, test cases, test scripts, test data, and expected results.
  • •Experience performing functional, regression, and integration testing and participating in lifecycle reviews (design reviews, sprint demos, release readiness).
