Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the AI Transformation team to productize AI and automation prototypes and integrate new tools into internal business processes
  • •Build and maintain a wide variety of internal tools and workflows, from API-based automations to complex AI agentic workflows
  • •Develop and scale internal tools and processes using AI-driven agents and standard programmatic automations to accelerate operations
  • •Maintain and expand the internal microservices architecture, primarily running on TypeScript and NodeJS
  • •Independently manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform) to ensure performance, security, and scalability

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence with a track record of building diverse technical solutions and scalable data pipelines
  • •High proficiency in TypeScript and NodeJS; experience with Koa/Express is a plus
  • •Proven experience building and maintaining AI agentic workflows or MCPs; familiarity with LLM APIs (Vertex AI/OpenAI) for task-oriented agents
  • •Deep understanding of prompt engineering to produce structured, reliable outputs from LLMs
  • •Solid experience with REST APIs and complex service-to-service integrations
