Job Summary

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the AI Transformation team to productize AI and automation prototypes and integrate new tools into internal business processes
•Build and maintain a wide variety of internal tools and workflows, from API-based automations to complex AI agentic workflows
•Develop and scale internal tools and processes using AI-driven agents and standard programmatic automations to accelerate operations
•Maintain and expand the internal microservices architecture, primarily running on TypeScript and NodeJS
•Independently manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform) to ensure performance, security, and scalability

Key Requirements

•Strong background in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence with a track record of building diverse technical solutions and scalable data pipelines
•High proficiency in TypeScript and NodeJS; experience with Koa/Express is a plus
•Proven experience building and maintaining AI agentic workflows or MCPs; familiarity with LLM APIs (Vertex AI/OpenAI) for task-oriented agents
•Deep understanding of prompt engineering to produce structured, reliable outputs from LLMs
•Solid experience with REST APIs and complex service-to-service integrations
