Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive product strategy, roadmap and development to build mass-market financial services propositions.
  • •Develop a deep understanding of audience needs and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
  • •Align stakeholders and coordinate product schedules across the wider business to ensure timely delivery.
  • •Define, hire, coach and mentor a full team of product managers while maintaining hands-on involvement in early days.
  • •Foster a culture of testing, data-driven decision making, and accountability for metrics and results.
