•Drive product strategy, roadmap and development to build mass-market financial services propositions.
•Develop a deep understanding of audience needs and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
•Align stakeholders and coordinate product schedules across the wider business to ensure timely delivery.
•Define, hire, coach and mentor a full team of product managers while maintaining hands-on involvement in early days.
•Foster a culture of testing, data-driven decision making, and accountability for metrics and results.

Key Requirements

•Strong background in consumer mobile app and/or fintech product management
•Experience in payments (acceptance and payouts), e-wallets, or prepaid cards is a must
•Experience in consumer finance, business finance is a plus
