Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide over-the-shoulder assistance and classroom/OJT training for FAME system operation to squadron personnel.
  • •Respond onsite as the FAME expert to resolve field problems and customer support issues, including troubleshooting and system oversight.
  • •Support functional checks for the FAME system for F/A-18 squadrons (ashore and afloat).
  • •Assist with operation of Naval Aviation technical publications library (ATPL) as it pertains to PMA-260 Portable Electronic Maintenance Aide (PEMAs).
  • •Collect and provide data deliverables and review, aggregate, and approve required company reports.
