Job Summary

Lead design, development, and commissioning of end-to-end automation systems for diverse industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities

•Design & Development: Develop detailed automation system architectures, I/O lists, and control philosophies. Prepare functional design specifications, cause & effect diagrams, and control narratives; configure and program PLCs and DCS platforms; develop HMI/SCADA graphics and dashboards.
•Project Execution: Participate in FAT and SAT; lead or support on-site commissioning, loop checking, and start-up activities; troubleshoot and optimize control systems to meet KPIs.
•Documentation & Standards: Generate as-built documentation, user manuals, and training materials; ensure compliance with IEC, ISA, and local codes; maintain project records.
•Team & Customer Interaction: Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients; provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel; contribute to continuous improvement.
•Quality & Compliance: Maintain clear project documentation and adhere to industry standards and best practices.
