Job Summary

Own billing operations for employee and employer benefit contributions, including generating monthly premium invoices, managing mid-cycle billing adjustments, and coordinating premium collections. Reconcile internal billing system outputs with insurer/carrier/vendor invoices, investigate discrepancies, and drive timely settlements. Partner with Finance, Customer Success, Product, and external brokers/insurers to ensure accurate revenue recognition, audit-ready reporting, and consistent data across the benefits ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•Generate, validate, and maintain accurate monthly premium invoices for employee and employer contributions.
•Own mid-cycle billing adjustments, including prorated charges, credits, and refunds.
•Perform reconciliation between internal billing systems and insurer/carrier/vendor invoices.
•Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billed vs. received amounts and coordinate timely settlements.
•Support Finance reporting for collections, revenue recognition, and audit readiness; ensure billing documentation is audit-compliant.
