Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain friendly, professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other project stakeholders.
  • •Support administration of contracts in line with project objectives and company policies.
  • •Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion against budget.
  • •Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications.
  • •Manage contract change effectively and support negotiation and agreement of final accounts, including collaboration on value engineering and programme performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualification in Estimating, Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering
  • •Experience of working in the Infrastructure (Rail, air, power, highways) sector
  • •Experience compiling, assuring, and delivering complex estimates and cost models
  • •Experience working within an integrated Project Controls team
  • •Experience with single-sourced, non-competed public procurement
