Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain Pega-based products as part of a digital transformation. Own full-stack production-ready code, apply architectural best practices for scalability and reliability, and participate in code reviews and agile delivery. •Ensure product development follows compliance and security best practices and embed software reliability engineering standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
•6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
•6+ years with Pega Infinity 8.x and supporting frameworks (CPM; Collections).
•Customer Decision Hub experience.
•Experience in DevOps CI/CD pipelines and integration with Pega Deployment Mgr; cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or PegaCloud).
