Assistant Manager- Sales & Onboarding (Gurgaon)

Lead a team of sales and onboarding specialists to drive customer acquisition and ensure smooth onboarding onto the mobility platform. Provide in-person support to drivers, guide them through onboarding and tools, and communicate product features and benefits. Oversee compliance, manage driver referrals, incentives, agency relationships, and build a driver funnel dashboard to minimize churn while improving conversion and performance metrics.
