Cook- The Depot

Prepare and plate food for a high-volume kitchen, following standardized recipes and ensuring correct portion size and presentation. Coordinate prep and station setup with kitchen staff, maintain sanitation and House of Blues safety standards, and keep cooking areas free of hazards throughout each shift. Circulate during service for line-of-sight/atmosphere control, perform opening and closing duties, and rotate food items safely, including lifting heavy food bins.
